Hello dear readers, I Hope everybody's summer is wonderful!
Since my last post I finished few new pieces:
From left to right
Snow Fall
Folk Heart
Stitcher’s Roll
Easter Egg
Fabric, threads and embellishments from original kits

This lovely letter by Nora Corbett is for my daughter Bianca
Nora Corbett – Letter B
Fabric: 32ct Waterlily Linen
Threads: Crescent Colours
Beads: Mill Hill

Wasn't in my plans to stitch Libertyville because of the price tag of the kit. But Stitching bits and bobs sold it with 50% off and I could not resist. :)

Libertyville @ Raise the Roof Designs
Silks and buttons from the original kit
Fabric 32ct linen from my stash

I stitched this cute bunny right before Easter but I still have not done the finishing...

Easter Parade @ Blackbird Designs
Fabric: 40ct linen from Nina
Threads: Gentle Arts

Last but not least this Lanarte piece that I love, love, love. :)

Fruit & Music @ Lanarte
Fabric 40ct white linen
Threads: DMC and Kreinik

Wishing you a lovely weeke-end,
Michelle

Oh, I very like this tender, elegant embroideries!
It's very beautifully and interestingly!
You do such beautiful, beautiful pieces. I'd love to do a needleroll that would look like yours. And the Nora Corbett. My friend does all her letters. They are beautiful. How you get the creases out of your pieces, I'll never know. Been checking for you to post. Missed seeing your stuff. Love your style!

Your needle certainly has been smoking and your finishes are all absolutely gorgeous!
Love the detail shot of B Pixie. I rarely get to see all those bling up close.
I've never seen that Lanarte design before. All those pastel colours. It sure is pretty.

Veronica.
Congrats on all the wonderful finishes in your stitching! All are beautiful and your daughter is a lucky girl :)
What is the secret to the hemming of the needle rolls with the pulled threads? Is the fabric bought like that?
So many beautiful finishes!
Needlerolls are so sweet, and Nora Corbett fairy is adorable!
Hugs,
Tatyana

Lindos trabalhos!! Um abraço.
Wonderful stitches all! Thanks for showing and hope to see new things again soon.
I fell in love in your work.
Hi Michelle,
Thanks for sharing these beautiful work. On the 40ct pieces, did you use 1 strand or 2 strands of floss, especially the DMC cotton ?
I am about to start a TG design on 40ct and would like to check with other stitchers who have stitched on 40ct.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
les
I used 1 strand of DMC thread.
Thank you for your lovely comment,
Michelle
